A 100 mt. Of pharmacy group of metallic laminates after de-lamination will yield as:
(a) Metallic Aluminium foils .... 72 mt.
(b) LDPE Plastics fragments .... 28 mt.
A 100mt. Of misc. Non-metallic Poly - Polyester packaging refuse in sheets-cuts will yield as:
(a) LDPE Plastics fragments .... 75 mt.
(b) Non-recyclable (under research)
Polyester fragments .... 25 mt.
A 100 mt. Of misc. Non-metallic poly - BOPP/CPP packaging refuse in sheet-cuts will yield as:
(a) LDPE Plastics fragments .... 75 mt.
(b) Recyclable BOPP / CPP fragments .... 25 mt.
AROUND INDIA 5 UNITS OF 2.0MT. PROCESSING CAPACITY PER DAY, IF ESTABLISHED, @ INR 2.5 CR. PER UNIT, THE ABOVE 300 MT. OF REFUSE WOULD HAVE BEEN EASILY PROCESSED IN AN ENTERPRISE PER MONTH.
A LOWER SELLING COST OF MONTHLY YIELD WILL BE AT AN AVERAGE AS:
70 mt. Of Metal Aluminium Ingot @ (basic) INR 1,00,000/- per mt. = INR 70,00,000 /-
170 mt. Of LDPE reprocessed granules @ INR 55,000/- per mt. = INR 93,50,000 /-
20 mt. Of BOPP/CPP reprocessed granules @ INR 60,000/- per mt. = INR 12,00,000 /-

A VARIETY OF CHEMICALS CAN BE PRODUCED FROM THE USED CHEMICALS OF DE-LAMINATION UNITS, IN ONE SIDE BRINGING DOWN THE CHEMICAL EXPENSES TO A BIG ZERO , AND IN OTHER SIDE TO MAKE A DESERVED ADDITIONAL PROFIT FROM THE SALE OF THE NEW CHEMICAL VARYING AT AN AVERAGE FROM INR RS. 5,000/- PER MT. TO INR RS. 50,000/- PER MT. WHERE THE AMOUNT OF NEWLY PRODUCED CHEMICAL MAY VARY FROM 500MT TO 100MT BY TENTATIVE RESPECTED VOLUME.

  • Here the most interesting point is that, if we like, the volume of additional new chemical we might produce, can go upto any amount subject to the chemical capacity of the units also obviously subject to profits and market demands.
  • Again, as we are converting our used chemicals to a new one as per chemistry, we are not polluting the Earth and Environment by Effluence also.

  • Basic cost of pharmacy group of LDPE -laminated refuse varies with the current cost of Metal Aluminium of thee then market. Here, at an average we can assume the basic (exclusive of taxes as applicable) cost of such laminated refuse as maximum as, INR Rs.65,000/- per mt.
  • The cost of Non-Metallic Poly - Polyester laminated packaging refuse, and, the cost of Non-Metallic Poly-BOPP/ CPP laminated packaging refuse almost are same. (let us here ignore the small difference). Here at an average we can assume the basic cost of such laminated refuse as maximum as, INR Rs. 8,000/- per mt.

Including the cost of energy (electricity) charges, necessary labours (in india), and subsequent establishments, transports, chemicals, charges for Aluminium Ingotting and Plastic Granulation's, misc. Factory expenses, the process cost of de-lamination with ingotting and granulation, would be around, at an average, as INR 20,000/- per mt.

Resulting a gross profit of such 5 units per year as :
INR 4,14,00,000/-

Making the profit for processing per mt. As :
INR 11,500/-
Availability of such laminated packaging refuse as, our raw materials, in pre-use state (i.e. From industrial sector), in india is about 1,000 mt or more per month. Availability in global sector you please calculate!
The entire productions of every laminated packaging manufacturing industry are nothing but an ultimate waste in every form and frame and are subjects of de-lamination if we want to re-cycle those and do not want to pollute imperatively our earth and environment consequently.
Due to the invented present art de-lamination, to pamper a perfect packaging, neither we nor our beloved off springs will cough or breath less, from now!!
