For the process of De-Lamination, Intellectual property right in India was applied on December 18, 2000.

Within one calendar year, application was filed for the PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) on December 12, 2001.

By the end of February 2003, after success full prosecution of PCT, the International Preliminary Examination Report from Munich supported the claims with regard to, Novelty (N), Inventive Step (IS), and Industrial Applicability (IA) of the Invention! Then in the national phase filing, applications for patent rights in various nations were filed.

By September 10, 2007 Intellectual Property Right, in India, had been conferred to Ashutosh Mukhopadhyay by Patent Office, Govt. of India.

On May 07, 2008 official notice of allowance was received from Canada stating that, the application for Patent Right in Canada has been found allowable. Further formalities are in progress.

On July 05, 2008 Examining Division of the European Patent Right, intends to grant the application for European Patent Right. Further formalities are in progress.

For separate, Validation Process, in all designated European nations, is a huge costly affair, also against a particular time line. Tremendous tensions are hovering over our head for the purpose.
