Invention! Then in the national phase filing, applications
for patent rights in various nations were filed. |

By September 10, 2007 Intellectual
Property Right, in India, had been conferred to Ashutosh
Mukhopadhyay by Patent Office, Govt. of India. |

On May 07, 2008 official notice
of allowance was received from Canada stating that,
the application for Patent
Right in Canada has been found allowable. Further
formalities are in progress. |

On July 05, 2008 Examining Division
of the European Patent Right, intends to grant the
application for European Patent Right. Further formalities
are in progress.
For separate, Validation
Process, in all designated European nations, is a
huge costly affair, also against a particular time

that, in Israel, the Examination of the Application
for Patent Right in Israel, has been successfully
completed by the Israel Patent Office. Further formalities
